How long should batteries last?

Various factors can affect battery life: the size of batteries, the model of the hearing, the duration of use of the device, the volume produced and the same noise.

Here are some basic indicators:

How many batteries should I buy at once?

We recommend you to buy batteries for 3 or 4 months of use.

Follow these tips to maximize the use of batteries and to protect your hearing against damage caused by batteries.

- A heat or excessive cold shorten the duration of your batteries.
- Always store your batteries in a cool, dry place.
- Do not store in the refrigerator or freezer.
- The humidity shortens the life of your batteries. Do not store in the bathroom.
- Do not carry your batteries in your pocket or your handbag: it could come into contact with metal objects and discharged prematurely.
- If you do not wear your hearing aid at night, make sure you turn it off and open the door battery to conserve battery power and reduce potential damage caused by moisture.
- If you plan not to use your camera for a few days, make sure to remove your battery.
- Before inserting the battery in your device, make sure it is dry and at room temperature.
